"Force-feeding wokeness to our service members DILUTES military readiness!" Gaetz tweeted on June 23. "Our military should focus on winning an actual conflict rather than losing a misguided culture war."

The nine Republicans who joined Democrats to vote down the Gaetz amendment were Congress members Don Bacon, Lori Chavez-DeRemer, Anthony D'Esposito, Brian Fitzpatrick, Jenniffer González-Colón, John James, Mike Lawler, Marcus Molinaro and Mike Turner.

They're rushing the NDAA earlier so as to spare RINOs the coverage going in to 2024 about how it will fully fund Ukraine's border but not a dime for our own.

Let us lose the next world war.

The consequence of ignoring the bombing of 7 nations.

This is the consequence of you ignoring your civic duty. I'll burn as well. 20 years of warning you, resulted to nothing. Enjoy the bed you allowed to be made. Watching football and listening to CNN/FOX "news" sure was easy wasn't it?

1) Hard times make hard men, 2) hard men make good times, 3) good times make soft men, 4) soft men make hard times.

We are at step 4. if we assume each generation is at least 18 years, that means that it will take a minimum of about 40 years and quite possibly 60 years for this country to claw itself out of the shitshow that is the USA today. I will not live to see the end of this crap, nor will my wife. Perhaps my son (if he lives long enough and isn't dragooned into being cannon fodder for another foreign war of bullshit) will see the light at the end of the tunnel.

EDIT: I talk to Korean and Vietnam veterans. They are flabbergasted about what's going on the woke military. They don't say it, but I see it in their eyes - they're glad that they won't be around to see what comes next, although they fear for their grandkids and their families.

I dare you to ask them about their oath:

I, LYING ASSHOLE do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;

Can't find the domestic enemies? They are in Langley Virginia, Washington DC, WallSttreet NY, and Silicon Valley.

Tell our "heroes" that you thank thank for their bullshit service. How has any of their "service" advantaged" this nation? Ignore morality. How are we better off as a nation after 30 fucking years of war?

Oath is bullshit. Just something they said to get a job - nothing more. They are complicit.

This is a low blow - these guys were drafted, they had no choice. They got fucked up severely. Current military is volunteer, they take the oath of their own choice.

As I'm sure you know, by the end of the 'Nam, grunts were fragging their officers in the field - it was their justice for the injustice of being forced to kill "gooks." Statisticians had proved that the draft lottery was a fraud, and the MIC was shoveling as many "niggers" and "white trash" into the conflict as cannon fodder as they could.

They don't consider themselves heroes, they are happy they survived. I sat in on a breakfast conversation where they talked about the seige of Da Nang during Tet.

Seriously, @Richwicks, I like a lot of what you post, and you're doing good work. I understand that you have to push through to get to the truth. These were 18-20 year old "kids" back then. When they look back at it now, I'm sure they'd say something much along the lines of what you just posted - just like Smedley Butler, who realized he was ultimately a tool for greedy psychopaths.

I haven't known these people for much more than 1-2 years. Maybe when I get to know them better I can get more info, but in a lot of ways, it's like pricking a wound that they have spent their lives trying to bury.

In the meantime, you can rent this film about the 1965 Indonesian genocide of Chinee "The Act of Killing" - it's out on Blu Ray. Perhaps these are the people you imagine? They are so proud of what they did, they reenact their execution styles for the camera.

I agree with you - this is the most corrupt, morally reprehensible "government" this nation has ever had, and it's been going on either since the 1850's (if you believe Ryan Dawson) or the 1930's (JEH, that cross-dressing blackmailer), or pick whatever date you wish. I also believe that true evil exists and works in the world, and that you don't have to believe in anything except that innocent human life is something special, at least on this planet, to understand that those who want a better future for these innocents are compelled to act on their behalf. Some call this justice - I call it not burning the seed corn of redemption for the human race.

Who determines who the "domestic enemy" is? One guy could see the politician who is anti-abortion as an enemy of the Constitution while another could take a shot at pro-abortionist. What about you? Do not you have your second amendments rights for the explicit purpose of taking out a tyrannical government? Get some fellow thinkers and lead the charge.

Domestic enemies are people that actively work to subvert the constitution.

That's the FBI now, it's Google, it's Facebook, it's former and perhaps CURRENT people at Twitter. It's the intelligence agencies, it's our congressmen.

I'd just get killed.

There's people who are trained to kill, they need to follow their FUCKING oath.

"Thank you for your service" - WHAT service? I get to fucking pay for it though.
