This case really pissed me off. I know how to handle a firearm, and I'm extremely careful (and paranoid) when holding one. I can't believe how careless he was. It's pretty easy to clear a gun. If you hand me a weapon and say "don't worry it's unloaded", I won't believe you.

If for some reason I was asked to point a weapon at a person, I'd be damned sure to know how to clear it, clear it, and then double check by pulling the trigger multiple times pointing at the ground.

It's perplexing to me that any gun would be used on set with a firing pin intact, or why would they have live bullets? So many errors with this. Just gross incompetence and stupidity. They claim that they have to use real weapons of "realism", but there's nothing realistic about any of these films.

Eh. I'm gonna disagree. My sister was a prosecutor and handled multiple murder trials. They don't take this shit lightly. Sometimes it takes a while for evidence to come to light. Baldwin isn't some super massive actor. He's had his token roles in what I'd call lame movies, but he's no Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt. He's going to see some jail time.

Slap on the wrist. Involuntary manslaughter and maybe 6 months and some probation. This is a situation he can't lawyer himself out of. Call me out if I'm wrong down the road, but he'll see some jail time for sure. A gun is a gun. It's your responsibility to know what's in it. Even if it was supposed to be blanks, never point a gun at someone and pull the trigger. Big no no. I don't care about acting. Point it slightly to the side of the camera where there are no people.

He's also a douche bag. So I kind of want to see him in jail. Not a big Karma guy, but I think it applies in this situation.

One of his previous recent movies had Anne Heche as costar. Maybe he was supposed to kill her on movie situ and didn't, so the CIA had to override her car electronics and smash her into a house at speed in LA. She still wasn't dead, sat up out of her zipped body bag, so they snuffed her after the fact. She made the mistake, as did the cinematographer of Baldwin's most recent film, of attempting to expose pedophilia amongst the celebrities and the elites.

They may as well just leave their rotting bodies hanging off the Hollywood sign for the crows, like they did in the Medieval olden days, as warnings to any other pedo activists.

We'll see, but if there was a judicial system that operated, 1/2 of Pedowood would be in jail. I have no faith in the criminal justice system, and you know why they call it the "criminal" justice system? Because it's not a justice system, it's a criminal justice system.

If I stupidly killed a young mother through carelessness, you probably wouldn't have to prosecute me, I'd likely kill myself.
