DeSantis is unlikable. He lacks confidence. So he's losing the female independent that's not left leaning. So he'd be toast anyway. His voice is grinding as well. He was right on covid, I'll give him that. But that was by force. Just got off a cruise yesterday in Fort Lauderdale. 4,500 people. You've got 20-30k people daily spending money at hotels and businesses in Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa, etc . That went away during covid. He was financially forced to open up for tax revenue so people could still go to beaches and spend money.
He did the right thing but it was overhyped. If he didn't do it FL would have eaten shit economically as it's a tourist based economy.

I absolutely loathe his campaign staff and hangers-on looking to get 6 figure campaign payouts from DeSantis' Koch Money. Many of them were ex-Ted Cruz Presidential campaign staffers. Pure Swamp Shit.
Kurt Schleitcher was one of the few DeSantis supporters who didn't turn into a raving NeverTrump skunk.
