The report from prosecutors on Joe Biden's handling of classified documents might be WORSE for him than an actual indictment
The massive report, released today, doesn't come close to exonerating Biden's conduct. It just suggests he's too senile to face criminal charges. How can he possibly remain President through 2029?
Be careful what you wish for.
A federal investigation into classified documents found in President Biden’s home ended Thursday as a special prosecutor declined to charge Biden with mishandling protected information. “No criminal charges are warranted in this matter,” the 345th and final page of the report explains.
But the first 344 pages of the report from special counsel Robert K. Hur told an uglier story, one that is likely to haunt Biden through Election Day.
The report argues he should not be charged in part because he would likely present himself to a jury as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” making convicting him difficult.
Worse, it says the prosecutors themselves saw him that way when they interviewed him in October. On two separate occasions, Biden did not seem to know when he had served as vice-president, they wrote. He also could not remember when his son Beau had died.
A sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man. Hard to imagine a description further from “presidential” than that one.
The report is so damaging to Biden that he was forced Thursday night to take a step he generally avoids - answering questions at a hastily scheduled press conference. “My memory is fine,” Biden told reporters. “I know what the hell I’m doing.”

AmericanKulak says
The smart move is to do nothing on Biden.
Agree.
Scarborough blasts Hur's decision to comment on President Biden's mental state, calling him a "neurologist from Trump University."
Special counsel Robert Hur, who concluded Biden “willfully retained and disclosed” classified information, which “risked serious damage to America’s national security.”
If anyone else did this, they would be federal crimes.
But Biden cannot be convicted of a “felony that requires a mental state of willfulness,” the special counsel decided — apparently because Biden’s mind is gone.
Yup. They are doing to Biden what they did in the last election Ukraine ever held.
(Biden’s staff shares the special counsel’s assessment of POTUS’ acuity, which is why they treat him the way they do, and make decisions like declining the Super Bowl interview)

Oh now the Quiet Part questions are being openly asked.
This is bad for the Democrats. This is REALLY bad.
If you have noticed it is RINOs leading the charge to remove Biden with the 25th. There aren't any Democrat names.
True, but to actually remove Biden it will take plenty of Dems to go along with it.
The GOP wins either way with a 25th move in the House. It's not like an impeachment. The average voter concerns about Biden's age is well up into the 2/3rds percentile.
The GOP will control the hearings. They can bring in Hur, doctors, etc to testify while blocking any exculpatory testimony like Schiff did with the Trump bullshit hearings. They can show plenty of video of Biden's cognitive issues.
the base is growing to loath Biden more and more everyday, the Democrat party is hemorrhaging members all in thanks to Joe Biden. Why would the Republicans want to remove him now?

... on having classified documents laying around his garage next to Hunty's sportscar.
He spoke for a minute, took a couple of questions, the first referring to a 2017 (!!!) report calling him "An elderly man with a poor memory". That's 7 years ago, ha!
And it goes about as bad as you can imagine. Tongue flopping out and dribbling like he's on first gen psychotic meds, alternating ornery anger and whispering, and the rest of the dementia.
