He asked me why I typed "God Damn It!" upon hearing of her "accident" as it was first reported. Strategist lied to me, and said someone at Patnet tipped him off, to call me. But now it's evident that he was here and most likely tried to ensnare Patnet members, because of our political leanings. What a scumbag.

My recollection is that in typical lawyer excessive taxation way, double spaced large print copies of transcripts from the transcription services are dollars a page. You can demand a copy to take away and read, and then take it to a copy store to copy the parts you want.

Watched it. Did the defense really say dogs choked her??? I legit don't have words for that human scum that would come up with that defense. Patnet wasn't mentioned as much as I was expecting. Clearly seems like a fit of rage. Everyone has it in themselves. You can blame a migraine on sleeping in another room, but that's not normal. Kids sleeping in the parents bed at that age? A lot was off there. A lot to unpack from watching that. I wish the kids the best, but I think there's more to this story that they need to share is all I'll say. My gut instinct thinks more was/is going on is all. No proof. There's still something off about this story.

That's his job. He has to come up with the best defense/alternative explanation, even if remotely possible only. He would lose his license if he threw his client under the bus. He could refuse to take the case of course or excuse himself at any point for a different defender to take over, but both sides need representation. Otherwise we'd be no different than dictatorships without due process.
