For any person with a brain, I'm not sure how you could vote for Biden. His own party cannot get him on the ballot in Ohio. Not that he'd win it anyway, but jesus christ. I think the Dems are imploding and/or focusing on House and Senate races knowing Biden is done and they don't know what to do with Kamala.

Technically the House and Senate are the only way Dems can block Republicans. I think that's where the energy is focused outside of bull shit court cases against trump.

I don't mind Tim, but he does talk out his ass legally speaking. Trump was the POTUS. Every juror knows him. I get it's in a blue area of NY. There's already skepticism when the jury asks the judge to reexplain the rules. So that means at least half of them are like what the fuck is this?

Maybe I'm overly optimistic, but I believe this goes away and he's acquitted. I'll own it if I'm wrong, but I think Dems have their backs against the wall and it's not outside of them to jury tamper. Dems are in a lose/lose situation either way. They fucked up in 2015/16 and gave him free press. They're doing it again with this. Can't get Biden on the ballot in a major state. This doubles down on embarrassment. They really need to make it go away. I'd bet jurors are getting NDA's and large checks to acquit him by the DNC in a hilarious turnabout. Well that didn't work out....
