The old guys in the balcony were the best part of the show. I kinda liked the swedish chef too.

What the fuck indeed. There are some scary puppet shows out there. Mr. Rogers is a prime example. His puppets were weak.

Okay, so if we can't talk Muppets, we have to say what everyone is going to be for Halloween, even if you're not actually dressing up for Halloween. Make something up. QT, we know you're going as a naughty nurse. So you get to pick other people's costumes.

Mr. Rogers is flat out disturbing.

My husband and I decided to use our old costumes because we waited too long to buy them. My husband is going as the catholic school girl and I'm going to be the nun with a ruler.

I don't have a good answer for the costume question. If it wouldn't freak out my conservative neighbors, I'd dress up as a vampire chick.

I was a vampire once, and a bride of dracula another time. Sadly that was the last time I dressed up, like 15 years ago, even though I love Halloween. I need to get a life.

I get all obsessed and excert way too much energy trying to find the perfect costume. Then I make them pose for 500 photos and generally suck every last bit of joy out of the whole experience.

My monsters are going to be a fairy and a cow.
The cow costume was the only one we could find in my son's size (he's not quite two) it's pretty darn cute actually.

"So what are the little monsters going to be this time around?"

My toddler is going to be a pink pig, and my 5-yr-old is going to be an evil-looking medieval knight. They both insisted on picking their own costumes, though my daugther wanted to be a cat but we had to go through this big search for the perfect cat costume which i bought on Ebay but which then didn't fit her so we had to scramble to find another costume and she likes pink pigs.

Cute! My daughter was a cow two years ago. That was her best costume ever.

I'm being beckoned to bed. (hush you two!) Ciao, people. Behave!

My daughter is just now at the age of realizing that Halloween is all about acquiring mass amounts of candy. She's pretty psyched.

Uh oh. I feel a theme song in the making.

If a person brings so much courage into the world that the world must kill him to break him, so of course it kills him. The world breaks everyone and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those it cannot break it will kill. It kills the very good, the very gentle, and the very brave impartially. If you are none of these things the world will kill you too but there will be no special hurry.

Or it will merely merrily maim you, if you are unlucky.
