State Comptroller Matanyahu Englman’s office released a report Tuesday criticizing the Health Ministry’s conduct during the COVID-19 pandemic, revealing that the ministry didn’t process or analyze thousands of reports it had received about various vaccine side effects.

In 2021, the Health Ministry received some 345,200 reports on side effects caused by the coronavirus vaccine, sent by hospitals and Health Maintenance Organizations, the Comptroller’s Office said, but just 18 percent of reports were accurately recorded in the ministry’s database. The other 82% of reports were lost due to technical errors and system malfunctions.

The Health Ministry also failed to process an additional 33,000 reports filed by the public regarding side effects due to limited ability to analyze reports filed anonymously. Adding to that, a lack of manpower in the ministry’s Department of Epidemiology meant that reports that contained identifying details were also unable to be reviewed and investigated.

MOGAD. The subacute temporal profile (OR 24.4, p = 0.004) and the presence of any
comorbidity (OR 12.49, p = 0.004) were significantly associated with hospitalization for those
with NMOSD. The subacute onset of symptoms and encephalopathy was statistically significant
for hospitalization (OR 6.15, p = 0.048) and (OR 10.3, p = 0.005) respectively for patients with
AE. Anti-NMDAR (N-methyl D-aspartate) antibodies were observed in 16/24 (66.7%) of AE.
Treatment often involved high-dose corticosteroids or intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG).

Conclusions: Most cases of vaccine induced NMOSD, AE, and MOGAD occurred secondary to
the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. The subacute onset of symptoms and the presence of encephalopathy
was most associated with hospitalization.

On July 15, 2024, about 3 weeks prior to her death on August 9 from a 2-year bout of lung cancer, Susan Wojcicki did not behave like she was terminally ill. On the contrary, she was planning to be a board member of a publicly traded company (a pretty significant commitment of time, effort and energy). A friend of mine recently passed away from a covid shot-induced cancer, and 3 weeks prior to passing there is no way he would have been able to do a business conference call, much less participate in a board meeting of a public company.

RENEE: OK, so, November last year I had my second dose of Pfizer. It was the 22nd of November. And—

MICHAEL GRAY GRIFFITH: Can I ask first, did you get it because you were scared of covid, or did you get it to keep your job?

RENEE: The latter. Yeah, it wasn't anything to do with covid. And to be honest, I had a lot of hesitancy about getting it, and I felt instinctively that it was going against everything that I believed in. But I did it because, I guess, I felt like my back was against the wall. And I felt forced to do it.

And ironically the first dose that I had, I didn't have any reaction to, so I had this false pretense that it was going to be OK. And the next, that night, I started to feel really ill, dizziness, nausea, disorientation. And then the next, the next morning I felt even worse and I started to not be able to feel the tops of my legs properly. And then I started to get really crushing pain in the middle of my chest, and sensation of heaviness.

So then my friend happened to ring me, and say, are you OK? Because she's very aware of everything that's happening. I said, actually I'm not. And she said, I'll come and take you to hospital. She took me to hospital. And when I got admitted pretty much straight away— I thought, I thought by going to a private hospital that it would be better, but I was wrong. I got in there and the doctor in ED looked panicked by my symptoms, by what I was telling her, but she wouldn't say what she knew, and she, she basically said, she took my blood and she said my D-dimers were very high, and she said, you've got a clot in your lungs. And I just, I just looked at her and I was so afraid, I started crying. And I said, what does, what does that mean? And my friend was crying more than me. And she said, well, we need to do a CAT scan and check it. And she— then I started to get jaw pain, and she said, have you got any history of heart attacks in your family? I said, yes I have. And then she looked more panicked, and she said, well, you know, for your next dose you need to have Panadol and [inaudible] before you take your next booster because your next time will be worse. When you come into hospital next time, it will be worse than this. I said, how can it be worse than this? And she said, well, that's what you need to expect.

And then I had the CAT scan, it turned out to be OK. But then they wanted to admit me for a couple of nights, and I stayed in there for a couple of nights. And then as each nurse did their handover for their shift, the nurse would say, oh, this is, this is Renee, she's just in here for a bit of dizziness for Pfizer, but she's fine, she's going home. And that was the script that they used for each nurse doing the introduction of me to the next nurse.

And then I had a specialist come in the next day, and he again said, you've had a neurological reaction to this dose. Next time take Moderna, not Pfizer. And I said, why would I take Moderna? He said, well, you just need to take it. And I'm like, just, so, I was just dumbfounded by the attitudes.

MICHAEL GRAY GRIFFITH: There's no option of not taking it.

RENEE: No. There was never any alternative. It was, when you do this next time, this is what you are to expect, and this is what you are to do.

And then I got out of hospital and then afterwards 15 days later I got laryngitis, then I got chest infection. Then I actually got covid in March, after all that. And I was hit really bad by it. I was really, really sick, I ended up with bronchitis, got admitted to hospital, I nearly got pneumonia. This was just in the beginning of March. And just two weeks ago, I got diagnosed with pericarditis.

So that's been my journey since November, it's just been a constant rollercoaster. And I guess, I guess the most frightening thing in all of this is the, how complicit people have been that are meant to be professionals that are meant to be putting our health —

MICHAEL GRAY GRIFFITH: Protecting you.

RENEE: —yeah, as a human being first. That's been a really disturbing eye-opener for me.

MICHAEL GRAY GRIFFITH: You did it to keep your job in a way? And what's your job?

RENEE: I worked for a company in Perth. And —

MICHAEL GRAY GRIFFITH: You worked? So you've lost the job?

RENEE: I haven't lost my job because I've had the two doses. But now they are asking me to get my third dose. And I have the four month exemption for having covid, ironically. So, yeah, but even if I got the exemption for Pfizer they would still insist on me on having a different to the mRNA technology vacc—, I don't call it vaccine. Gene therapies. So, that's it.

DESIREE LETELLIER: Good afternoon. My name is Desiree Letellier and I come from Dracut, Massachusetts. I stand here today to share with you [voice breaks] not my own personal experience of coercion, which actually led to me being fired as a critical care nurse on December of 2022, but to share my father's story.

My father was a healthy 63 year old man whose voice was silenced once and for all on January 31st 2022. [crying] Apologize. His name was Robert Letellier, Jr. He was given an ultimatum at his work, to either get vaccinated for covid, wear a mask at work for 10 hours a day, or lose his job. He chose to get vaccinated for covid because he did not want to wear the his mask and he couldn't afford to lose his job.

I pleaded with him to refrain from taking the vaccine, but he did what he felt he had no choice.

As a nurse I had witnessed injuries and deaths directly attributed to the vaccine's administration. Working on the front lines, I saw covid take the human out of humanity and the vaccine took my human from this earth.

My father received his second Pfizer vaccine around July of 2022. Initially he had no issues, but by October he was suffering from intense generalized pain and insomnia and his pleas for help from the medical community were disregarded and dismissed with all his testing being negative. He had multiple ER and PCP visits with no answers.

For the sake of time, his timeline of illness is as follows.

On December 29, 2022 a six centimeter mass was found compressing his airway. This is the same imaging two months prior that showed nothing present.

On January 6th he was back at the ER for his PET scan for a immense debilitating pain as the mass was growing at an unprecedented rate per the doctors. It was now compressing nerves and his airway.

Two weeks after the finding of the mass he underwent a bronchoscopy with biopsy.

On January 25th his biopsy results came back inconclusive. No cancer was seen. When I asked the doctor to remove the mass as was causing him immense pain and respiratory distress, I was told it was not possible and my fear of it compressing his [inaudible] airway was unrealistic.

While on January 31st he called 911 and he cardiac arrested in the ambulance en route to the hospital. And the mass did exactly what I feared, compressed his airway.

On February 1st he was due back for a repeat biopsy but he obviously never made it. He was at the funeral home preparing for his burial.

The makers of the vaccine wanted their data to be hidden from the public for 75 years.[1] What happened to informed consent?

Thankfully people are waking up and demanding answers as their vaccinated friends and loved ones are facing injuries and death which remained unexplained. As the truth continues to come out regarding these vaccines vindication is not rewarding but devastating to say the least.

The people such as I who have been sounding the alarm have been mocked, isolated, and even exiled from our communities and workplace because we remained unvaccinated. We as free people were subjected to medical tyranny and many people in power perpetra—, perpetrated, I can't even say it, it upon us for over two years.
