Brit royal family is a regular clown show for useful idiots in UK. The budget was around $350m and expected the clowns bring in $500m mostly through tourism!

Same thing. It's a wealth tax.

The only real problem is that at the federal level, it would have to be levied according to apportionment, which is why we don't have a federal property or land value tax.

True. When the Income tax first came out, it was only for the folks with robber baron level wealth.
