I find it's still a useful source of memes, though not at the same frequency as before.
They banned me after I included a link to https://patrick.net/memes with a post. No explanation, no response to me asking why. Maybe they just don't like competition.

Fresh information and almost anybody got stickied, not mostly the same 4-5 people. And now it's the rare sticky that crosses 2000, though it's up for much of the day
I remember laughing my ass off as meme after meme came up, fresh and salty. Now if I see a meme, it's more bitter grapes than funny or I saw it days or weeks ago on X.
Poal/Voat/Goat/whatever closed, and all the whackaloons came on board, and the site began to decline due to lack of focus on being a "Neverending Trump Rally" but becoming a Doom and Whinge Fest. "Boomer, boomer, Qtard, doom, doom, doom" The expansion to scored allowed regular brigading from entryist forum sliders who simply kept making new alts and all the FIB-assisted divisiveness took hold. Too many mods were too loose with the rules.
But it just watered down the site with entryists and single-issuers and doomers
Elon buying X basically killed the site that was already critical. One hypothesis is the mods wanted Scored to be the new reddit, so were using loose moderation on PDW (the flagship 'subreddit') to encourage more participation.
