That sugar bowl is still full. You eat, sugar spills out, you take your insulin at nighttime, ram it back into your body so it’s not in the blood and it just goes on and on. Eventually the body kind of fills up with sugar that insulin is not strong enough to pump any more in, because remember it’s an overflow situation, it’s like that overfilled luggage.

You keep pushing it in, pushing it in, pushing it in and eventually you can’t push hard enough. So what do you do? Well, you get a second person to help pushing it in. So you double the dose of insulin and that works for a while, but then you keep going and going and going and that’s the problem. You had the wrong solution. So no matter how hard you go on that solution, you’re not going to get there.

What we should have done is empty it out instead of pushing more in. It was the wrong solution. So all that sugar just goes into your body, goes into your body, goes into your body, and over decades what eventually happens is that the entire body just starts to rot. Because your kidneys go, your eyes go, your toes go, you get diabetic foot ulcers, you get infections because there’s sugar everywhere and the bacteria love all that sugar.

Your whole body just starts to rot, every single part of your body starts to go because you’ve been shoving all the sugar into your body and none of it wants to be there and it’s all just rotting. So that’s the endgame and that’s what we face; the heart attacks, strokes, amputations, blindness, dialysis, the whole thing and we’ve not been able to stop it because we’ve been going out at the wrong way. ...

The incorrect thing to do in this case is to give more insulin. What you got to do is empty the whole thing out. You got to empty that sugar bowl. That’s the solution and that’s how you’re going to reverse the diabetes. So you can see how a misunderstanding of the paradigm of insulin resistance really leads to decades of incorrect solutions. And we see this because when we do the studies, they’ve all shown the same thing. ...

So if it’s too much sugar in the body then the solution is really, really easy. The first step is don’t put more in, so a low carbohydrate diet will really reduce the added sugars. And really the kind of drug corollary to the low carbohydrate diet is a drug called Acarbose, which blocks dietary carbohydrate absorption. So now people don’t use this a lot. ...

And the second thing is to burn it off. If you have too much sugar, either don’t put it in or burn it off. And that’s what intermittent fasting does. ...

And you can do it all without any drugs, without any surgery, without any cost, because it’s very expensive these sorts of health services in Canada, in the UK with the NHS… it’s very expensive. So there are things that are very good, but cost prohibitive. This is a free intervention. Not only free, but you can do it tomorrow and that’s the point.

This is so simple and cuts into pharma profits so much, that the censorship of this obvious cure is aggressively censored:

2012, it is estimated that insulin alone cost the US health care system $6 billion. How can they make so much money from a century old product? In 2013, according to firecepharma.com, the best selling drug for diabetes was…. Lantus, a long acting form of insulin. So, after all the research of the past 95 years, the biggest money-makin’, mama-shakin’ drug was insulin? Yes, sir. Worldwide, this drug alone made $7.592 billion. That’s billion with a B. Oh, but the news gets better for Big Insulin. Out of the top ten, various insulins also ranked #3, 4, 6,7,9, and 10. Holy patent extensions Batman! A full seven of the top ten drugs for diabetes are insulin – a drug close to a century old. It’s like your 95 year old grandfather beating LeBron James at basketball.

I remember an article by some female Colombian politician who was kidnaped by rebels and subjected to a long march through the jungles. One of her friends was old and diabetic was also on the march and she thought he was going to die without insulin. However, apparently the weight loss and the exercise and restricted diet cured him instead and he made it through the ordeal intact. Don't know if he went back to being diabetic afterwards, though.

They always go back. Don't eat processed shit food and walk for a mile or two in the morning. Play a sport once or twice a week. Softball league. Volleyball. Basketball. You don't have to go to the gym everyday or lift heavy weights. I'm 80% lazy but I still get my activity in.

And don't eat like a douche bag that wants to die at 35. I see way too many fat young people. If you're 20 and not ripped and tone, not super muscle man, but healthy, you'll die early.

Softball league.

Softball? Get real, the only sport with more pot bellies than softball is in a pool hall.

Eh, I don't know what league you've played in or seen, here in IL most the guys are lean and fit. Haven't played in a few years but my batting average was about .500 with half of that being homers. That was around 35 years old.

And yes, there are some pot belly guys, but I only played in more serious leagues. This wasn't the high pitch stuff. I hurt a few people with line drives to the body in the infield, usually the pitcher. Not the 16" ball. The ball the high school chicks play with. I think 8". We'd all pitch in and buy $250 bats which makes a serious difference.

And I'm not a pool guy, but most good ones are also lean. That's not an active sport though. Softball you at least have to run the bases or chase down the ball. Walk in and out of the dugout to your spot. You're at least moving.
