Chloramine is safer (more stable) than Chlorine but they should use h2o2 like many European countries do as it doesn't form unsafe byproducts. Chloramine is better for certain tougher disinfectant needs, but for pretreated tap water hydrogen peroxide is better/safer.

The nice thing about the 'Shadow Government' (remember Putin said that we do not even know the names of the people who make the decision of the Biden Administration? Even Obama is beneath them) is that if they are taken out with extreme prejudice behind the scenes, nobody will know except their disenfranchised lackeys from lack of direction. It is something they can't publicize because they were illegitimate to begin with. Also, the 'Senior Executive Service' whose highly paid unelected members are never in the news so we don't know them.

If Trump et alia perform a putsch against them, it will be fun watching their untethered treasonistas in Congress and the government start turning on each other while being unable to even testify to their existence.
