You guys are talking about different people. Gaetz problem started a long time ago and it looks like there's actually a list of problems.
Hegseth is the one in the picture and the allegations against him are from a police investigation from 2017. Looks like he tried to have a hook up after a Republican convention type thing in Monterey, CA. The girl filed a police report. DA'a office declined to press charges due to lack of "proof beyond reasonable doubt"
Now the media is using the police report as fact.
