By default you're kind of gay if your parents named you Chip. His dad was probably gay thinking Chip was a tough name. I get it's a southern thing, but it's gay. Sorry to any Chip users or lurkers, but it's gay. I don't even care about the OP because if it's coming from a gay named Chip it's probably bad. Chips are what you eat.
