I think this house has been abandoned ahead of what I believe is a Trustee Sale scheduled for 11/5. At least, using Trulia/Zillow seems to indicate there's one scheduled.

Well, at long last, this house is vacant. I noticed a lot of strange behavior in recent days, and last night, the former owner gutted the property and moved out. It never went on the market and sold to an investor on 5/28 and last night, the guy and his buddies took everything and moved out. Doors, cabinets, electrical outlets and the toilet - all gone. A lot of trash left behind. The new owner has some work to do before flipping it. Sucks for him - he sounds like a really nice guy.
