I don't beleive there's any legal requirements to post a house for sale for any specific amount of time. It's the sellers right to post or remove there listing at there wimp. It's not like affirmitive action where a job has to be posted for a specific amount of time. Hell they can even discriminate against a minority buyer by accepting a lower offer from a white buyer over a higher one from a black one.
Hmm ..Okay..so I am now wondering why this was posted only for a day..
If it was de-listed any number of things could have happened.
Last minute work out ... etc. But is it pending?

The majority of jobs are never posted or made public. Its all networking.

I use Zip this way. A great bookmarker for listings you want to reference later.
Thanks for info E-man. So the listing agent can negotiate with bank even with a closed listing MLS# ?
I saw a listing show up for one day (last evening ) and it got delisted about an hour back..whats going on? Is there a legal reqt in CA to list it for a minimum of one day ?
