I am in the process of selling my house (in escrow) by owner. I didn't use any sign, just listed on CL. It sold in about 10 days. I had it listed with a Realtor for 2 months and it didn't sell. I saved some big $$$$
I think any one that does do the FSBO thing should make sure that they put up a SOLD sign for at least month after the sale to get the word out; FSBO can work. I would love to see a realtor's reaction to one of these signs being up for a month.
Just saying it would funny and help others trying to do the FSBO thing.
