I worked for Target back in 2000. Did development work on their Tandem (HP) servers. The vast majority of their IT staff was from India. I guess that is one way of making/saving money.
NFLX will probably drop in value a bit. Amazon today (was it today?) released it's competition of streaming movies.
TGT I don't know. I don't really understand their business model so can't comment. Maybe rising fuel prices hurt their supply chain and they can't afford to raise prices? But I'm just speculating.

Target. Upscale discount. I guess compared to Wal-Mart they are. I had a chance to work in a store for a couple days in order to better understand how Target operates and the applications that I was maintaining. (Data Warehouse)
Anyone follow TGT? I am seeing it drop this week and
not really finding a convincing reason for it.
Seems like a buying opportunity to me but I'm wondering if
there is something I've overlooked that would explain others
dropping it like a hot potato.
I'm mostly back in cash right now after dumping AMZN & NFLX and
thinking about my next move.
