Taking inspiration from patrick, I have a purchase contract on a house by myself. I'll be closing on the property on Monday. It was not all without mistakes. One of the mistakes I made was entertaining the seller into a leaseback option where seller has a temporary lease on the property till June 1st. The reson I did that was to be able to find somebody to takeover my current lease. Now I regret it fearing that seller may not have the same committment towards the property once it is sold. Another fear I have is if the seller does not vacate on May 31st, I have to go through court/lawyer and whole nine yards. Anyone of you have any prior experiences to share ?
