Then again you can ask anything for a house. Getting it is another story.
There is NO WAY that house will pull anything close to $350K in Concord.
What are they really profiting on this after fees/capital gains/improvements, assuming they are not realtors?
Is this a flip? Is this a realistic assessment of the appreciation going on in Concord already, or is there something else at play? Curious since you know the area.... Seems over-priced to me but what do I know. Can you tell if this was bought at auction (how?), or was this a foreclosure sale that may have taken a long time to go through....
