Meh, I ran into an agent that was actually buying them. First got outbid by 'her mom' by $200 on a property that she was the listing agent on. The on another her 'sister' got a condo from Freddie Mac because she checked the 'owner occupied' box (and sold it 6 months later for a tidy profit). I know the latter one was a clear violation of Freddie's buyers agreement..
No wonder she's driving around in a decked out Mercedes SUV. Damn realtors!
