Aside from the main toilet being right off the kitchen, how the master bath came to overlook the main office below is pretty bizarre no doubt!
This is a top-floor unit, looks like somebody just threw it together on the roof in a month or two, LOL.
The photos hide it well, but this is actually overlooking Tokyo's largest cemetary:

essentially a part of it, which is kinda cool as nobody's going to be blocking the west or southern exposure any more.

This place was built in 1976, so maybe the architects were actually on drugs.
