I personally doubt you will be leaving. Few people who can launch over 2K posts in approx. 14 months time have the fortitude flip a switch and just like that stay away forever. Most are like Dunross and Bubblesitter who realize they are beaten (yet don't want to admit it) and slooooowly fade away over time.

But I agree that the RFHTC handle has lost all credibility, so (on the assumption you want people to believe what you say) its best to start over. So I for one will be looking for your alt to be created shortly, but we shall see.

A word of advice, on your next iteration of existence, either here or on another site - cut down on the lying. The less you lie, the less you have to delete, and the less damage to your credibility. Good luck.

If not yet, he is likely in his last throws of existence. In looking at our most prolific bears (who never bought), their post history generally goes from regular, to sporadic (punctuated by multiple posts in a short period), and then *poof* gone.

Some delete their posts, some don't, but either way, he is thusfar fitting the pattern. Also in his case, he has some epic calls that he would have to live down if he returned

While on the subject, another prolific poster (bullish) who left was Ptieman. All his posts have been deleted, which is a shame because he seemed to be a good source of info on specific houses. Anyone know what happened to him?

I just worry this forum is going to become too one sided. I consider myself still slightly bearish on real estate even now (and I actually bought earlier this year). But recently, the most ardent bears seem to be leading the site, dunross, RFHTC. Maybe some of them became home owners an no longer had any interest in the debates.

I don't have a Facebook, MySpace, whatever social media site is popular, account.

For whatever it is worth, I have stopped paying the $5 a month in support of the site because I do not like even reading comments by bullies, alleged sock puppets, and super egos.

To me, as an analogy, it's become an all white, old, wrinkly, baggy assed click of conservative, intolerant investors taking viagra trying to get a hard on.

Seriously, I have met toddlers with more upbringing, class, manners, common courtesy, and self respect than some of the comments I have read on here recently.

Yes, I have learned from the site and do miss the days when I thought 'Wow, cool and intelligent people with great information'.
