On top of that, Kobach graduated from not one, not 2, but 3 ivy league colleges: Harvard, Yale, and Oxford. Quite impressive.
Last I checked, Oxford was not an Ivy League school.
But yeah, I think this guy worked in the Bush administration.
Not sure why a bunch of people who supposedly believe in the constitution would want someone who writes unconstitutional laws to be their nominee, but most of their talk about the constitution is not worth the paper my copy of the constitution is written on because they don't know what the hell they're talking about.
SInce Mitt Romney will likely lose to Obama next year, I have taken the liberty to travel forward int time and now know who the Republican nominee for president will be in 2016. No, it is not Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, or nay other big name Republican. It will be Kris Kobach.
Who the heck is Kris Kobach? Nobody in particular. Except he is the attorney who has wirtten virtually every anti illlegal immigation law in the country. The Arizona law? He wrote it. The Alabama law? He wrote it. Its hard to find an ati illegal immigration law that he has not written. On top of that, when the feds come in and sue to blcok it, he is usually the one who goes to court to defend it.
"When politicians and police across the country want to crack down on illegal immigration, they often reach out to the same man: a little-known Kansas attorney with an Ivy League education who is the architect behind many of the nation's most controversial immigration laws."

Republicans like someone who is strong on opposing anti illegal immigrration, so that will be his biggest strength.

Kobach is currently the Secretary of State of Kansas.
So you now know who the Republican nomuinee for president will be in 2016.
