That's actually sad.

Hardly any Millennials know about the Donner Party (or any other American history for that matter) at all.

You can't make this shit up. About that DEI hire for head of security?

It was an inside job. The password could have been anything. They had the password. It wasn't something that was susceptible to bruteforce entry.

But TPB, don't you remember when your parents ordered delivery every night back in the 70s and 80s? Like 5x a week?

And having two jetskis, a Hunter 22 boat at the docks, a 4/2.5 house, and a brand new Bitchin' Camaro all by 25 years of age?

No we didn't order delivery takeout every night. There wasn't many delivery places like there is today. Pizza places didn't start delivering until Dominos started doing it on a national level.
I don't have any memories of actually going to a restaurant with my parents. My mom would pick up fried chicken and burger meals from various long gone chains, that was far superior what you find today.

As for having all of the toys.
I was living in South Florida when I was 25. I didn't have the kind of money to live on ocean access.

Somehow it always ends that way.
Tragedy + time -> becomes comedy

If it got that far, refusing might be too little too late.

Grammatically, the only way that sentence can be interpreted as written is "(You) Refuse to be stored in black plastic sacks and placed in the containers provided."

If they want to talk about trash, then the sentence should be "Refuse IS to be stored in black plastic sacks and placed in the containers provided."

The original sentence lacks a verb (to be stored is an infinitive, not a verb), so the only correct grammatical interpretation is that "refuse" is the verb and the implicit "you" is the subject.

That being said, I heartily approve this recommendation.

The future, as envisioned in the 1930's. Not far off.
