CGI Robot, the mat he leaps on, doesn't depress, and there's no dust or other particulates kicked up when lands. That kind of mobility would be abusive on that robot's frame, mechanical parts, circuits, battery everything. Also I can't think of any tools I would want in a canvas tote back and thrown and hoisted around like that.
Does this mean a double jointed, robotic RealDoll is in the immediate future, like in 'Blade Runner'? Maserati and Lambo move over, the EliteFucks are going to want them one of those.

I once saw a bunch of seagulls and pigeons milling around together eating bread crumbs some people were throwing to them. Suddenly one of the seagulls grabbed a pigeon by the neck, killed it, and started eating it; horrifying but fascinating.

Twice in San Francisco I saw seagulls trying to eat pigeons. One pigeon got away, but the other flew into a window, fell down, and the seagull pecked it to death, ripped its guts out, and ate them. Rough neighborhood.
