The wealthy take advantage of tax policies created, authorized and approved by Congress. It's not as exciting and innovative as most people think. The "loopholes" are out in the open, and available to anyone. The wealthy just use the tax code to their advantage.
The 1%'s shouldn't be pissed off at the "fat cats". They should be pissed off at Congress and the White House - the true cause of the pain.
