Perhaps you put yourself on Ignore?
No, I don't think so. Besides, I can see some threads, but not all. For example, I can see this thread.
Every time you create a new thread, you should see it at the top of that forum, and every time there's a new comment it will also pop to the top.
Ah, wait: there is a rule that if a thread contains nothing except a link, then it goes in the "Link Submissions" forum. Did you check there?
No this is definitely a bug. I just posted to my own thread called:
10,000 people are turning 65 every day, while 54 and under are over 10% poorer
And I don't see it at the top of the Forum. Neither does it appear in the "Link Submissions" forum. Can you pls. send the SQL query you are running for the Forum listing.
I just added a comment to that thread ("10,000 people are turning 65 every day, while 54 and under are over 10% poorer") and it moved up to the top of the Misc forum list, both on the home page and on http://patrick.net/miscellaneous/
You were looking in the Miscellaneous forum, right?
There are about 20 SQL queries every time you make a comment.
OK, Thanks Patrick. I got it. Turned out, I was posting to the "Miscellaneous Forum", and thinking that I was posting to the "Real Estate" forum. Maybe default should be "Real Estate", because, after all, this is a "Real Estate" blog.
OK, "Real Estate" is now the default forum:
//if (!$post_category[0]) $post_category[0] = 1; // Assign to misc by default.
if (!$post_category[0]) $post_category[0] = 2; // Assign to real estate by default.
If it gets crowded with off-topic threads I might put it back though.
Please post other usability suggestions too!

Thanks Partrick. That helps a lot.
Hi Patrick. Why is it that I can't see my own threads in the Forum, unless, I query on my user name?
Thanks,
Dunnross.
