Apparently there is a correlation -- as evidenced by the study -- between intelligence and prejudice. Apparently the data shows that low intelligence people are "more likely" to be bigots. This of course does not mean that everyone with low intelligence is a bigot or vise versa.

Let me explain this Earth concept we call "humor" to you. Now, the first sentence sounds serious as do all joke setups. This is to misdirect you so that you can be surprised later. All jokes involve some sort of surprise. The second sentence then does a 180 by suggesting that the government starts a breeding program between engineers and supermodels. If you didn't laugh when you read that, you are a retard.

Any normal person, with a properly functioning brain, would have laughed instinctively as the obvious joke was realized. As such, a normal reader would then continue reading the paragraph with the expectation of more humorous twists.

The next sentence suggests that an engineering genome is being wiped out by World of Warcraft. Again, anyone who is not a moron would understand that this is a jib at geeky guys who play WoW instead of going out and having a romantic life. Furthermore, you should have gotten the joke that "Wow is a threat to the future of engineering because engineers are playing it instead of having kids." That you didn't get that joke is a sign of a dismal brain.

The final sentence in that paragraph suggests that -- you know what, I don't even want to explain this to someone as freaking stupid as you. It involves masturbation. You go figure it out.

The point is, if you took that paragraph seriously, you are a fucking retard.

Look, I do mix humor and serious discussions because I don't believe that humor and gravitas are mutually exclusive. And maybe you can make some bit of a case that people can't "read emotions" over the Internet, but the same shit applies to books and novels. There comes a point where the writer has done everything reasonable to be clear, and it's simply the case that the reader is a fucking idiot. The solution is for you, the reader, to STOP BEING SO FUCKING STUPID and use some common sense when you read something.

The general view of many in society that the worth of a woman is only in the transient beauty of her physical being. Yeah, I have to agree with Vicente on this. I don't think that the scenario has anything to do with evolved v. primitive instincts. Assuming that the cavemen also does not have weapons -- the astronauts are larger stronger, and having never lived through famine, etc. they are undoubtedly more healthy. There is a reason why the UFC eventually decided to use weight divisions. Bigger stronger combatants have a serious advantage.
