For the Owners name. Go to the county recorders office with the address of the property. Ask to see the situs micro fiche or digitized situs. it will show the TAXPAYERS name. Most of the time that is the owner. It may be their attorney or assigns.
For the Listing Agent. Just ask. But ethics prevent the listing Agent to also represent the buyer. Good Luck finding an unethical Real Estate Agent !

Dual agency is legal in CA. Also the NAR/CAR say it is ethical if done fairly which is true.
How do you find out who a seller agent is? I have been look on zillow for a cheap starter home and would like to double dip the agents for a better chance. But I have no idea how to the find info I need. I also would like to find out the actual owner is.
