Lots of pics are online. It's not a lot :), it does have a house on it.
if you don't mind the house value dropping another 200k in the next 3 to 5 years, then buy now.
Make sure you get a 30 year fixed because you won't be able to refinance an underwater home.
I never said I would pay asking. I am wondering what a good price now is. It is a great neighborhood with an award winning target middle school, but the high schools suck very badly.
A good price is something you can safely afford with only one income. And if it's cheaper to rent the house than rent money to "buy" the house, then rent the house.
I took a look at this short sale today. I am so sick of moving every 2 years and am about to be moving again. What would be a fair price for this place? Lots of pics online.
