This one is an REO at the end of a country lane. There are a lot of these little lanes, they can look like a driveway and sometimes go for miles. You never know what you will find driving down them until you do. Wendell lane is one of these, all the homes appear to have been built by the same developer in the late 50's or early 60's. Cheap little crackerboxes, none of which have been well maintained. And for extra joy, it has its very own mutual water district which has applied for a grant from the feds for repairs. Much cheaper for a developer to dig one well and put in a storage tank and this developer was cheap. 5208 has a bad roof, buckled hardwood floors, has never been updated and it smells bad.No fleas, thankfully, I think they left when this dog died. This is one example of how bad a Broker's Price Opinion (Banks pay $50 for a BPO) can be. I would give this place an economic value of zero if the issues with the mutual water district were resolved.
