This house was VERY nice. Well painted, nice floors, very well updated baths and nicely landscaped yard. It was on a busy road (not too many cars, but whatever went by, went by quickly). The house had 3 beds and an office space which they seemed to count as a fourth bed. Well staged. Seemed overpriced at 650k. I could hear other people go wow as they went through the house (so I knew it wasn't just me). Seems like this one will go quickly because of all the eye candy in the house but definitely priced higher than the other homes on the block.
