I saw this place a few weeks ago. The price (reduced by about 300K) of 1.99mm is still high, but it just went Pending with Release. Since it is in Woodside, due to septic system restrictions, it can't easily be expanded from the current 2600 ft sq (it's on a 0.41 acre lot). The upstairs bedrooms are small, and the overall feel is like a townhouse. It's new construction, but still builder-grade only. This is from a builder who has built in the area (Emerald Hills) for years, and some of his homes in this area are known for developing termite and other build-quality issues way too soon. I guess someone who bought this, just likes the 'new (builder grade) surfaces'.
