This one is listed for 1.795mm. Sold for 1.985mm in 2006. It is an Antique from the 1930s. I saw it on a colder day, and it felt like there was no insulation at all. One bathroom is fixed, everything else would be a tear-down, but that may be impossible in this ("historic") neighborhood. The upstairs bonus room was like a 1930s bowling alley- great checkerboard (irony) floor. Sellers might have bought the 1889 house (that was fixed up) across the street, but didn't realize it wasn't going to be easy to sell this one- it's been listed for nearly 1 year. It's a 4/3 on a 0.27 acre lot and the sellers did get their tax assessment reduced to 1.652mm (so the 1.795mm price is 'hopeful').
