I saw this one last year, when the price dropped to 1.895mm. Recently relisted for 1.983mm. If this actually sells for even 1.895mm, you know the bubble is back.
4 beds/3 baths; Good quality construction (about 10 years old), note that actual square footage is 3480, not @4100 per the realtor description. Not sure why realtors do this, it just annoys people when they show up to see the house in person (the day I was there, the prospective buyers seemed underwhelmed and left quickly, possibly due to the misleading advertising).
The lot is on a severe slope and the house is on 4 levels. Most of the lot is unusable. The public schools are not up to the API standards of the 'target buyers' (guess for yourself) of this house. I heard secondhand that the actual appraisal value is @1.6mmm, so it will be interesting to see if this sells or gets delisted (again).
