This one is now 2.6mm (I saw it when it was 2.7mm). IMO, worth no more than 2.2mm, unless you really like the dated 'tree house contemporary 1970s style" (walls of glass for the small master bedroom), and the swingers style pool on the bottom level (it's 2 level built into a slope).
Currently a rental property from the looks of it. Good but not great interior condition. Supposedly custom finishes, but I thought it looked like IKEA. My hubby didn't mind as much, may be it's a man/woman thing.
It was apparently redone at great expense (I heard the owners were getting divorced but don't know if this is true) but it doesn't 'show'- maybe they didn't monitor their contractors too well. Anyway, most of the lot is not usable and it is in Woodside Hills, which is not 'real Woodside' because if you buy this house, and you have kids, they go to a school(Henry Ford) that has an API of nearly 200 less than Woodside Elementary. You also get freeway noise from the 84 and the 280. There is a nice Asian-Zen type fountain outside in the front in a vain attempt to cancel out the free way noise.
BTW, we did buy a house (not in 94062), so it's not like I am opposed to buying...not just these multi-million $$ boondoggles.
