If a good several billion people on this planet are successfully mass murdered within a period of 2 years...

Would home prices completely collapse and become extremely cheap?

PS. Home builders, architects, carpenters, handy men, plumbers, electricians & structural engineers are spared from being murdered.

Under Hitler's leadership....

Germany's economy skyrocketed into a super-power. Hitler cured the economic depression in Germany.

I think the US needs another Hitler and mass murder of some of it's citizens.

Mass murder of all the realtards would mean an immediate 6% drop in prices just from the commission savings. I can do my own negotiating, my own title search, and hirer my own lawyer. You, my friend, serve no purpose but to pick my pocket and inject senseless NAR based catch phrases into my ear.

To be a little bit serious about this question, a 99.99% population loss would take us back to the stone age. Seriously.

It has been estimated that it would "only" take something like a 20% sudden loss of population for our modern society fall apart.

I mean think about the US going from 300M to 30,000 people. Imagine being in a small town with 30,000 people and all goods and services have to be provided within this town. Nothing imported. I would be very surprised if this town managed to build a car, a computer, or an air coniditioning system.

I guess in fairness there would be more land available per person...

(Incidentally I think that we would be better off with less people but it would be best if it happened gradually...).

It may seem like it, but it was the Dawes Plan that revived Germany in the years after the Weimar collapse. The U.S. President was Calvin Coolidge, and Charles Dawes was the VP. The Germans got funding, revived their industries, and began to incur massive debt. They never intended to pay... so they prepared for war.

Out of that 30000 group you'll still have a group of realtards trying to tell everyone that there is no where else to build. Buy now or be priced out forever. What about the person that is no born yet? If I am priced out then he/she doesn't have a chance then. Idiots.
