They listed it in august last year just a little too high and got lots of traffic but no acceptable offers. They have dropped the price several times and each time it was not quite enough, so far a total of $100k. If it had originally listed at $735k it would have sold quickly, now the listing is stale. People still come to the open houses but probably assume there's something wrong with it since it has not sold. The sellers are pretty close to break even on this place considering carrying and transaction costs on top of what they put into it. I think it will sell for about the listing price, a solid offer at $675k might well take it. Considering Healdsburg prices and the quality and location of this home it is a good buy.
