Very small, plain home. The downstairs office with the shelving is at the bottom of a steep, narrow stairway. Small window in that room that was a little dark.

Living area upstairs felt small. Nice hardwood floors. I would pay 350K for this home. There was a lot of traffic the day I was there. The realtor didn't give me the hard sell which was nice.

Home value may be closer to 400K
