Archstone is jacking rents up from 1600 to almost 2k for the 1 bedroom I currently live in. I've been at the job a year now and looking at new options. Whether to buy a condo or move for cheaper place or mobile home. Apartment rents have gone WAY up this past year. Some good discussion around mobile homes:
