How interesting, this property is not listed on Redfin. Yesterday, after visiting my father, I followed the signs and stopped at this open house. I had no clue what it was. The realtor was business friendly, shook my hand, and told me the square footage of 1,686 on a 8,000 square foot lot. This house sits on a corner lot with huge front and side land footage, fit for someone who likes to landscape. As indicated on the limited information handout, all the inside has been updated, counters, floors, carpet, and paint. The master suite bedroom was on the kitchen side of the house and the other bedrooms were on the other side of the living room. There is a backyard also. Pleasant ranch home for someone who likes that type of thing.
Just looking at the other listings around the area, $579,000 is on the high side. I have noticed a pattern with open houses, they tend to be this way.
Just checked, this house is not listed for sale on Trulia either. The realty company is Atlantic and Pacific Real Estate. LOL, just checked the realty website not on there either. Real Estate spooks me.
