This home had a lot of foot traffic and even had an asian lady (who'd apparently submitted an offer previously) tell the agent at the OH that she WANTED this property. I meant to post this review on the weekend, but got side tracked. The property itself is a SFH but has no real yard to speak of. It had nice polished hardwood floors in good condition, lots of storage space and had all of the living areas in two levels though it's classified as a tri-level. It was listed for 499k, though according to the agents there, it's a sellers market and this was going to be a multi-offer situation, with it selling well over list etc.
Anyways, the property has:
- three beds on the third level with two baths.
- Master bath was large with a separate shower stall and large tub. The second bath was a shower over tub.
- a half bath downstairs.
- Large dining/family room on the main level with tile.
- A large space big enough for a reasonably tall person to walk in to (approx 200 ft) qualified as a basement/storage space.
- Large 2 car garage
- Kitchen had an island and granite counters and some stainless steel appliances
- Has a french door in the kitchen out to a small balcony and another french door out to the front patio
