The first pre-2000 sale price has just occurred in one of the most prestigous zip codes in the country. In addition, this was a standard sale and NOT a foreclosure. Could we finally be getting closer to reality pricing?

Yes... one should also consider how HARDCORE people are in SoCal over Real Estate.. i mean many people in Socal really do have Real Estate=Wealth on the Brain...
