LOL! Unless you have some data to back up your claim, you're just speaking with emotion here. I don't think the NAR has the guts to put on that infomercial without some data to back it up. They might get sued for it. In your case, who's going to sue you for speaking with your emotion without any data to back it up. :)
I can't believe the commercial I just watched. It was from the NAR saying that kids from families that own homes get better grades/tests. How are they even able to put this crap on tv? Are they suggesting that if you don't own a home you are an irresponsible parent of feeble minded low test scoring kids? Whatever!
I'm happy to say we are renters and my kids are in the top 2% if the nation, and my daughter actually scored a perfect grade on her state standardized test. (sorry a little mama bragging there). I actually think the statistics would show the opposite. I have seen so many of my kids friends have obvious stress because their parents were stuggling to keep their houses and or pay their mortgage.
