Was driving by so I stopped in this place last weekend. Not really a place I would buy so I went through pretty quick, but the following were my observations.
The listing says 1,000 sq/ft, but the public records says 795 sq/ft. I am not sure why there is that discrepancy, but it feels a lot more like 800 than 1,000 sq/ft. The entry/living/kitchen seem "spacious" for being that small, but the two bedroom are very tiny with small closets.
The whole place is updated, and the shed in the back seems pretty new.
The backyard was flat and seemed well maintained. The play structure (you can see it in listing pics) looks like it is starting to lean a bit, but I shook it pretty hard and it seemed pretty solid for the time being.
