In Berkeley yes, but certainly many of us back in the day when Moffet Field was active with Navy P3 going out in the early morning keeping the Soviet subs away from our coasts.. we all respected their work and patriotism. As such I certainly never seen such disrespect for our service men/women in the south bay.. Berkeley is a different world on to itself even today in the Bay Area.
