I first came across this article stating the price had been reduced by $15,000,000 from the original listing price of $40,000,000.

I was going to post with something like: 'It's always a good sign when prices in Beverly Hills drop'. Then I go to Redfin and the last sale was for $3,500,000!

Personally, I agree the property is: ""hideous" and "Marie Antoinette by way of the Sultan on Brunei on a Vegas bender,"
