DataQuick posted its November results this week, and this time, Riverside County didn’t only see a modest gain in median home price. The median jumped 17.4 percent — the second biggest gain in all six-counties of Southern California — over November 2011. And, sales are up, as well. The 3,274 sales recorded represent a 10.2 percent increase from November one year ago.
