It's also walking distance to the community cemetery. Surrounded by dense forest, that could be fun at night.

If you don't mind a visit from a skeleton late at night or looking in through a window! I would want better cover for those windows and good locks on the doors!

only mistake I see is not aligning the house to automatically maximize rooftop PV, but at Bellingham's insolation maybe PV isn't that great an idea.
Plus with all that pasture I guess pole-mounted PV also works.
I love how the house is smack in the middle of the lot, surrounded by a nice curtain of forest.
